Add custom item in mobile menu

I’ve been trying to add a custom item to the mobile menu, but it doesn’t show me.
I have also tried to put it by calling the shortcode of the function but neither.
I need help whit this.

Please review the menu you choose as a mobile menu and add menu item to the mobile menu
