How to Turn on Mobile Header and Footer

I am Using Urna with Elementor, and I cant seem to figure out how to turn on the mobile header and mobile footer icons,

Pls help…

Urna Header Elementor is for desktop only, There is always a fixed profile in the phone screen.
Urna Footer Elementor is freely customizable in mobile
