Importing demos don't work now

I bought ‘Besa Theme’ for marketplace.

1. Download Besa Theme from Themeforest.
2. Install theme
3. Install plugins
4. Setup theme and Install child theme, Select demo
5. Appear complete message but done nothing.

Have you have problems for install demos?
I tried many times and read all document.
