i have 2 problem , i installed the this demo on my site

but i kept my data.
1- i cant put the menu which appear on pic 1 , how can i do that?
2-if i created any product i can’t modify the tabs appears on pic 2 , how can i do that ? from where ? and can i add/delete those tabs ?
