Tbay Feature Doesn't Work at all

Hi i tried to add some tbay feature on my website, but i got some problem here.

  1. i filled some data in tbay feature, after i click apply it shows null. and nothing’s shows up.
  2. i tried to duplicate, it doesn’t like the other one.

something serious here, i need that tbayfeatures.
