Tbay Framework Plugin Not Working

Hello team, I have downloaded Greenmart theme from Themeforest Website. I tried to install on wordpress. While trying plugin installation, tbay framework plugin is not installing. I found a solution on your themebay youtube page.

But that too failed. Im getting 404 Error. Please revert back to sort out this issue.
